A vegetable sponge. It’s a sponge, but it does not come from the sea. Look it up!
22 trivet
c) A metal stand for a cooking pot, usually with three legs.
23 yurti
None of those meanings. It's not a real word. Perhaps you were thinking of yurt, yeti or yoghurt?
24 howlah
It's an invented word. Maybe you were thinking of howdah, howler or hookah?
25 howitzer
b) A type of gun which gets its name from the Dutch word houwitser which came from German Haubitze which came from Czech houfnice.
26 speleologist
a) Someone who studies caves
27 bipeddle
A nonsense word that might sound something like bipedal.
28 reiterate
a) It is a verb: to say again

c) To spit. This word worried me when I was a boy. There were signs in the local buses, ‘Do Not Expectorate’, and I didn’t understand what it was that I mustn’t do.
