You know the story . . . you have so much money coming in from your salary, from government agencies, . . . but you have no idea where it all goes as week after week you find yourself with nothing left in your pocket or purse, and you have all these bills to pay, and you would like to save for that something special, . . .
The solution to this dilemma of "where does my money go?" and "how come I can't pay my bills?" is easily solved through the building of a smart pro-active budget.
>Budget Manager is a simple program that will help you build this smart pro-active budget. Once you enter into it:
it will then work out for you how much money you need to put aside each week in order to meet all your expenses.
>Budget Manager will also work out for you how much money you have left each week once all your financial commitments are met. You can of course do what you want with this surplus: movies, restaurant, . . . or you might choose to save it!
So, if you are after a FREE budget planner or FREE budget software that will help you build a household budget or a personal budget designed for living on a budget, then give >Budget Manager a try.
>Budget Manager and >Home Finance are obligation FREE and risk FREE.
I have a second finance program, called >Home Finance, that I think works very well with >Budget Manager. In fact, I think that to make the most of >Budget Manager, you need to use >Home Finance as well.
>Home Finance is a program that will help you keep track of all your bills and expenses. And because >Home Finance allows you to use categories, you can easily keep track of how much you are spending on such things as: car registration, car insurance, car maintenance, home insurance, home maintenance, mortgage payments, credit card payments, electricity, gas, water, phone, mobile/cell, car fuel, weekly shopping, . . . In fact, you can keep track of any area of your home finance you want to monitor. You can even use >Home Finance to keep track of your donations to charity, your tax deductible expenses, your income from secondary sources, . . .
The reason why I think >Home Finance is an essential companion to >Budget Manager is that >Home Finance is able to generate a report summary of all your bills and expenses, and you can use that information in >Budget Manager to set up a budget for the following year based on the previous year's bills and expenses.
Who is it for?
>Budget Manager and >Home Finance are essentially for:
anyone who wants to know how much money to put aside each week in order to always have enough to pay for the bills that always seem to know where they live,
anyone who wants to know where all their hard earned money goes each week,
anyone who has a limited income with which to meet their financial obligations,
anyone who wants to save for that special something: a trip, a new television, child's education, . . .
and so on . . .
In other words, >Budget Manager and >Home Finance are a must for anyone who wants or needs to regain control of their finances. They are also for anyone who is looking for a FREE budget planner or FREE budget software that will help them build a household budget or a personal budget designed for living on a budget.
And to make sure that everyone can use >Budget Manager and >Home Finance, you will find that it has been designed to work with:
any international currencies,
any decimal point as used internationally ("," and "."),
the text on the interface can be changed to say whatever you want in your language.
If you feel that >Budget Manager and >Home Finance are 2 programs that will help you regain control of your finances, then use the following links to download them:
click to download >Budget Manager, and
click to download >Home Finance.
Note that by downloading it, you do not put yourself under any obligations whatever. I don't even ask for your email address prior to downloading them, as some software places do.
There are currently 2 versions of >Budget Manager, both of which are FREE:
>Home Finance also comes in 2 versions, both of which are FREE:
As mentioned above, both >Budget Manager and >Home Finance are totally FREE for you to use but they do require online registration. The online registration process only takes a few minutes of your time as it is quick and easy to do. And, in case you are concerned about your privacy, rest assured that the registration process is totally confidential and that your registration details will never be given away, or sold, or whatever!
>Budget Manager and >Home Finance require FREE and totally confidential registration.
The reason why I ask folks to register my programs is so that I have an idea of how popular they are. This in turn helps me determine whether I should bring out new versions with new features or not.
While both >Budget Manager and >Home Finance are currently totally FREE for you to use on as many computers as you like, I do ask that, if you find the programs useful, you would please consider making a donation to a charity of your choice in your country. A minimum of US$10 (or its equivalent in your currency) would be great!
Why is it FREE?
Good question! I myself am not totally sure why I am making these programs available to you totally and unconditionally FREE. Perhaps I want to give away something that is of great value to those who can use it without always having to ask for money in exchange. Perhaps I am wanting to help folks regain control of their home finances. It is a sad reality that we need money to live and that often there is only so much of it that we have to make do with. This sentence is probably bad English but you know what I mean!
If I was financially secure, I would make all my software available to you totally and unconditionally FREE as I thoroughly enjoy writing software and I would like to help others with the software I write. But the truth is, being a baby boomer born in the mid 1950's, I am seeking to build a financial nest egg for my retirement and am looking at selling my software online to achieve this. This is why most of my other programs are for sale.
So, why am I making this program available to you FREE of charge? Good question!
Back to >Budget Manager . . .
In order to make it easy for you to use these programs, the following features have been included:
So, if you are after a FREE budget planner or FREE budget software that will help you build a household budget or a personal budget designed for living on a budget, then >Budget Manager and >Home Finance are the programs you need.

Both >Budget Manager and >Home Finance will work with all versions of versions of Windows 98, ME, XP (admin mode), Vista (admin mode) and Windows 7 (admin mode and compatibility mode). They also require about 1 MB of hard disk space apart from the data files you generate with them.
Furthermore, >Budget Manager and >Home Finance can be easily uninstalled if you find that they do not meet your needs.
Virus and Spyware FREE
For your information, to the best of my ability, all my software is virus, adware and spyware free. I continually run Norton Antivirus with the latest anti-virus definition file to make sure that I am as up-to-date as I can be with virus protection. And none of my programs contain any adware or spyware code or programs. I have never supported adware or spyware programs, nor will I ever support such programs in the future.
