Beta Testers

In case you didn't know, beta testers are people who test versions of programs before they are released. We are introducing a variation on this idea in exchange for a complimentary copy of any of our programs. If you are interested, please read on!

Although we have taken all the necessary steps to make sure that our programs are bug free, for reasons unknown, some bugs still manage to find their way into the final product. Consequently, we need people such as yourself to check for us that our programs do work as intended, and if you do find some bugs, then to let us know.

The great part for you is that you can get a complimentary copy of any of our programs, by way of thanks, for spending a reasonable amount of time thoroughly checking out any of our programs available for testing. We expect 20-30 minutes is all that is required.

Instructions

The testing is a 4-step process:

  1. you will need to select a program which is currently available for testing. To see which programs are currently available for testing, use the "Program You Tested" drop down box in the form below,
  2. having made your selection, you will need to download it and install it on your computer (you can download it from here),
  3. you will need to do a thorough check of the program you have selected to test. This means that you will need to check all the menu commands, all the interface icons/buttons, enter data and save it, . . . in other words, test every aspect of the program, and
  4. you will need to complete the FEEDBACK FORM below.

There is one condition we must specify to be eligible for the complimentary copy - you must enter such comments in the boxes below that show that you have indeed thoroughly tested the program. Just clicking on YES in the drop down boxes is not enough as anyone could do this, and we would not get any good feedback this way.

Valid E-Mail

Make sure to enter a valid e-mail address in the "Your E-Mail Address" box in the form below as we will be using that e-mail address to send you the registration details of the complimentary program you have selected.

IMPORTANT
If, after clicking on the SUBMIT QUERY button, you do not receive an e-mail from us, it will be because you have not entered a valid email in the "Your E-Mail Address" below. If this happens, you will need to let us know by sending us an e-mail giving us a valid e-mail address. To send us an e-mail, click here.
