The project consists of LM35 temperatutre sensor ICs connected to an Arduino microprocessor. Wires in house connect + and - to the sensors and the sensor output pin to Arduino analog input pins. The processor reads the voltage on the analog input pins every miniute. The Arduino is fitted with shield containing Real Time Clock and SD card. Time and temperature data are written to COM the port every minute and to the SD card every 5 minutes. The SD card data is routinely copied to the PC. While the PC is running, data from the COM port can be read, used to supplement previous SD card data, converted to graphs and uploaded every half hour. (Whoever made qgif.exe thank you very much!)
