In his preliminary Hearing when asked how he pleaded, he said 'YES' and
Not what he should have said - 'GUILTY'

He WAS Coerced by his Second Lawyer to Just Say 'Yes', he was Fooled
Into Believing that he was only answering that he recognized the charge
and NOT That He Committed the acts...

And so, If Martin Bryant Dies in Risdon Prison then I WILL Be asking
how this could happen when he is supposed to be ISOLATED From
Other Prisoners In HIS OWN SPECIALLY BUILT Area within the
Risdon Prison....????

So John Howard, There ARE People in society who understands how you
and your other Government Accomplices think and arrange for events

crime that he did NOT Commit nor went to trial for, has now pleaded guilty to Art Theft and is
currently serving 4½ years' imprisonment after pleading guilty to one count of misappropriation
and 129 counts of stealing.

Now that Mr John Avery's credibility is now in tatters I believe that ALL Australians Should
stand up for true and Honest Justice and Write to the Government and The Governor general
Demanding that Martin Bryant Is Now retrialed Publicly, it's the only decent thing to do.

I Feel Sick in the stomach every time i think about the Innocent Martin Bryant rotting in
jail for a cruel and hideous crime that he is incapable of committing....

Well we have all heard this word DEMOCRACY from our political leaders especially
from our past  Prime Minister Mr John Howard and I can see why other countries
don't want our American style of democracy...

Australia recently went to the polls to elect another Prime Minister and it
became a draw between the Liberals and Labour party with 3 independents
holding the power in their hands to decide who will lead australia for another
3 years...

Now this is where I am confused, we have democracy, and in my mind, that
means that the people of australia decides who leads this country, doesn't it.???

So if it's a draw between the two parties then why are we not having another election???

That would be the democratic thing to do, wouldn't it be???

But NO, These Criminal Politicians are again excelling in deceiving the people with
their own brand and interpretation of Democracy, what a load of B.S...

We Don't Have any-thing like Democracy in this country, Politicians are deciding
who will govern australia, and who pays the Most to these 3 Independent Politicians
will get their votes, pure and simple, it's as corrupt as our politicians are..

WAKE UP Australia and see with your own eyes how CRIMINALS Control this
great country and how Financial Kickbacks Operate, they are Disgusting...

Back when Mr John Howard Ruled Australia he also was pushing for Australia to
become a Republic and for the Politicians Themselves to Elect their own Prime Minister,

Well Today it was announced that our young school children
are Compelled to wear sun glasses and a hat when they are
outside in the playground?

It they don't then they Must Stay In The shade until their
parents arrive with them!!!!

Our Medical Professionals DON'T AGREE That this New
School Laws are Necessary and will do LITTLE To stop the
sun damage due to the small time that the students spend outside
during school hours.

But the interesting thing is that ONLY ONE APPROVED Supplier
has been announced to supply ALL School children with these
sunglasses at a cost of AU$15.00 per child that the parents have
to pay..

Just ONE SUPPLIER to supply ALL Of Victorias School Children!!!!

So what a Great Outcome for this company, and what a great DEAL
That they have done with our Premier Mr Steve Bracks...

You would be forgiven for thinking that Mr Bracks MAY Be Getting
some-thing out of this, but he wouldn't, would He???

We Can Only Hope that our FEDERAL POLICE START And Do
what they are paid to do, Root out Financial Kickbacks to people
in Authority, But that is a pipe dream and will NEVER HAPPEN...

I guess that a kickback is just one of the benefits of getting into parliament...

I believed that it meant that ALL Citizens of a country Have a right to
be HEARD and to be able to Participate in the running of a Country via
Referendums???

Well I have now forgotten when we last had a Referendum, and I am certain
that the young people of Australia would Not Know what that is...

I Wonder if Mr John Howard has EVER Heard of a Very Evil and Devisive
Person Called Adolf Hitler?

He also was on the Path to Remove ALL RIGHTS Of His German Citizens
and to REMOVE Their Freedom Of Free Speach. that is making these
activities Illegal and Punishable by his Draconian Laws...

Having said that, a large part of the development of this Great Country
Australia has been in the unselfish efforts (PROTESTING) of our University
Students, and we All Thank-you for your hard work and efforts in the Past
In keeping these Bast...d Politicians Honest, or as honest as they can be, as
you can Never Straighten a twisted twig of a tree completely..

So Now I am going to Give You one of Mr John Howards Examples of
his definition of Democracy...

These students wheeled a large amount of Power in raising concerns to
the public through their Public Protests, and the Government has been
embarrassed on a number of occasions..

So here is Mr John Howards Democratic solution to Quenching Peoples
GOD GIVEN Right to FREE SPEACH...

He and His Government NOW EMPLOYS University Students to SPY On
other students and to Report any activity related to Organising A Protest..

In return for doing Spying Work for the government, these students get a FREE
PAID University Education!!!

And ANY University Student found to be involved with organising or participating
in Public Demonstrations will lose their position at the university and be expelled!!

No doesn't that sound just like what ADOLF HITLER was planning for the German
People, and isn't it just like what the Chinese Do Today to Quench Public Demonstartions?

formulated a peaceful and totally legal way that these people with Extreme
Views can now pass on worldwide their anger at those leaders who have
vialated them.

This is so simple I just wonder why they have not thought of this themselves,
and whats more, the population worldwide would give them credability and
they could remove those in power without even one bomb, or shot fired...

All that they need do is to REVEAL PUBLICALY the Corruption that these
leaders are involved in.

REVEAL The Money Laundering and Secret Bank Accounts and the
Transactions of Corrupt Officials so the public can have them Prosecuted..

REVEAL The Secret Deals that is going on between Corruct World Leaders
and their Involvement in the World Drugs Trade, and how they are in fact they
are the Top Dogs of this Illegal Trade...

Simple Isn't It, And It's Totally legal and No Innocent Civillians are harmed and

If you are like myself, sick of our Government Leaders doing what they
want, Imposing more restrictive laws, Demolishing our Public Hospital Systems,
Demolishing our Police Forces, Demolishing our Public Schooling and getting
involved in Americas Wars then C.I.R Needs to be Enacted in our Constitution...

What is C.I.R ?

Thanks for asking and here is a short but precise description of what it is
and how it works..

C.I.R stands for "Citizens Initiated Referendum" and is the Power of People.

When C.I.R Is enacted in your constitution, Prime Ministers, Presidents can NO
Longer Pass Laws, Go To War, Do Any-thing without first holding a Public
Referendum on the policy or law...

That is, they put what they want to do or pass in law to the people and we the
people VOTE Either Yes or No and the Majority Rules...

THIS IS HOW A TRUE DEMOCRAY WORKS

We also can play another part of the running of the country, if we have a
law or some-thing other that we want introduced as law then we can gather
say 5,000 signatures on a proposal and submit that to the government..

Then the government arranges a Referendum and All The People of that
country vote on whether to pass it or deny it...

So WE The CITIZENS Of The Country Have TRUE DEMOCRATIC Rule
and Control, Just as a true Demcracy is meant to work, and not how successive
governments have manipulated their role to what it is today, Nothing to do
with Democracy, but all to do with countries being run as a dictatorship!!!

Like when was the last time that the Government consulted us the people on
whether a law should or should not be passed, after all, it concerns us All...?

But No More, Learn more about C.I.R and force the government to enact
C.I.R As Part of our constitution, and Vote ONLY For Independants That
Supports "Citizen Initiated Referendum" and Take back the control of
government...

Like there is about 24 states in the U.S where the citizens have now had
C.I.R Installed in their constitution.

And recently Arnold Schwartzenager Governor of California tried to have 4
new laws passed and guess what happened, yep the people Voted them down
and NONE Were Implemented...

Hello and Welcome.  After Reviewing all that I can read about
the Martin Bryant - Port Arthur Massacre case, I have Absolutely
NO DOUBT That Martin Bryant Is INNOCENT.

The case against Martin Was Clearly Fabricated with New
Photographic Evidence that showed clearly that he was Innocent
that was submitted to Mr Richard McCreadie,
Commissioner Tasmanian Police Service  back on
the 22nd September 1998 by Joe Vialls, a Private Investigator
from Perth.

This evidence clearly proving that Bryant was not the famous 'blonde man'
on the video footage tendered to the Supreme Court by the
Tasmanian Police Service.

Yet NO ACTION Has been or Is Intended to be taken to Investigate
that new positive evidence that would clear an INNOCENT MAN
Wrongly Convicted...

I would Like to call on ALL Australians To Read Joe Vialls Investigations
Over the years since this Tragedy then write to your local member of parliament
and Demand that a Royal Commission be instigated over this whole Cover-up
And to Bring Justice for the TRUE PERPETRATORS Of This Crime...

Formulated How we All Can Have World Peace.

Also I find it amazing that there have been no Loud Demands
made by these thugs who commit these Terrorist Mass Killings?

We have Not been supplied a Valid Reason from The American, English
or Australian Government to why these Terrorist Activities Exist?

Why are the Bombing Innocent Civilians and Not The Leaders Of The
Contries who have Authorised their armies and security personal against them?

As after say a bombing in Israel by the supposed Palestinians, Some group
comes forward to claim responsibity and give a clear reason for the bombing!!

But NOT The case with these so called Terrorist Bombings of Innocent People, Why?

Well with that all in mind I would like you to cast your memories back to the days
when the 'Irish Republican Army'(I.R.A) was feuding with the English Aristocracy
to gain Independence for Ireland, and to be self governing, and to take back
control of their Natural Resources.

Do you remember the Horrific Bombings over many years that was perpetrated
by the I.R.A on the Innocent English and Irish Citizens, even their own Irish
Citizens suffered at their hands...

But we all knew Exactly what these Bombings were about and their cause, but we
could Never Condone these senseless Killings, no christian could.

So now we are getting closer to the 'Formula For Peace', and some years ago
the IRA Finally started Negotiating with the English Government, and Finally
come to some sort of agreement, of which I don't know if this agreement was made
public or is still a Secret?

Any-way, the Solution to Peace Was Found and the I.R.A Has Agreed to Dis-arm, and
recently (2005) they agreed to and have done so, Destroyed Their Weaponry...

PEACE at last after many, many years of Human Destruction from Bombings And
Assasinations.

THE FORMULA FOR PEACE.

So the Formula for World Peace From Terrorism can be found from the
experiences of the I.R.A.

NEGOTIATION.

Yest if we want world peace then OUR GOVERMENTS, American, English and
Australian need to Hold constructive and PUBLIC Talks with the Perpetrators of
these horrific Crimes, and sort out the sticking points to Peace..

Talk about the REASONS for their Bombings, Negotiate and Formulate a
PEACEFUL and CHRISTION Resolution and STOP These BOMBINGS
and Killing Of Innocent Civilians...

It's simple, and I am certain that the solutions will be just as simple and would
possibly involve America staying out of the affairs of other countries and wanting to
Rape that countries Resources just as England was with Ireland's Natural Resources...

I am certain that Eventually this will happen, BUT Only After Our Government, The
American and English Governments have Introduced Extremely Restrictive Laws
plus Laws that Prevent the RIGHT TO FREE SPEACH, under the Guise of
Terrorism and Protecting their Citizens!

Once All of these Laws Are Introduced and Passed, then the above will occur
and suddenly the Bombings and SENSELESS Killing will stop, But We ALL
Will be Prisoners to our Government who WILL Be Able To JAIL
Any-one who Dares to Speak Badly of them or to speak the TRUTH, So
they will have Laws To Protect Themselves From Prosecution of a
criminal nature...
