We, the undersigned citizens, petition all parliamentarians of the STATE OF VICTORIA to:-

[1] INSTITUTE A JUDICIAL ENQUIRY into the trial of patriot NED KELLY to determine:-

[a] the extent of conflicting evidence from Constable Lonigan and others.
[b] if the trial Judge failed to grant an objective and fair hearing.
[c] the entitlement to a plea of self defence.
[d] if the trial should be declared a mis- trial.
[e] for a posthumous declaration of innocent of that charged.

[2] And we further call for the remains of Ned Kelly to be exhumed and interred in consecrated ground.
