Alexandra Milman as Charlotte Dyer in The Bill

Her former boyfriend has been assaulted during a party at her home. Charlotte attempts to manipulate the police in her efforts to avoid them discovering who committed the assault. She tells the police that the victim was a drug dealer, while at the same time blackmailing the real dealer who was a witness to the assault. She also attempts to pass the blame onto her father.

In reality, she committed the assault but believes she is too intelligent to be caught. When she finally is forced into confessing by putting her father into the same room with her she is still totally unwilling to accept the consequences of her actions.
