Appropriately position and tape one copy of the front panel artwork to the front panel.
Mark the hole positions through the artwork onto the front panel using a centre punch or similar tool. Remove the artwork from the panel. Drill the holes for the LEDs and the PCB mounting screws 3 mm diameter, and the hole for the pushbutton 9 mm diameter.
In the second copy of the artwork, punch 3 mm holes for the LEDs and screws using a sharp plier punch.Cut a 9 mm diameter hole the pushbutton.
Cut a piece of 1.5 mm perspex or similar to the same size as the front panel artwork. Drill holes for the mounting screws and pushbutton.
